Best areas to rent around campus with 24/7 electricity and stable borehole water?

Hey everyone! I'm preparing to move out of the campus halls next semester and looking for quiet, safe areas off-campus. My top priorities are stable borehole water and minimal electricity blackouts because of my remote coding internship. Which student estates or streets do you recommend within 10-15 minutes walking distance to the faculty area? What is the current average rent for a self-contain flat there?

I live around University Gate Extension (behind Bethel Hostel). We are connected to the commercial 33kVA feeder line so we get at least 18-20 hours of light daily. Seconding this! Avoid lower swamp side near the stream; the road gets flooded whenever there is heavy rain in August. Look for hostels built on the hillside near Peace Junction.
