We collect information to deliver verified student housing, fraud prevention, and escrow management:
- Account Identification: Full legal name, university matriculation/student email, institutional affiliation, and contact telephone number.
- KYC & Identity Verification: Government-issued ID cards, student identification, facial biometric snapshots (for fraud prevention during move-in), and proof of ownership/landlord credentials.
- Transaction & Payment Data: Bank account details for withdrawals/payouts, transaction hashes, and Safe Pay escrow history. All card transactions are processed by PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways.
- Community & Housing Data: Roommate lifestyle preferences, hostel reviews, inspection reports by Simba Fleet, and in-app messaging.
